  • The daily ritual practice takes about 10-30 minutes a day in total (spread out through your day) depending on your personal capacity and preference.

    Our sessions will be about 90 minutes — all recordings will be available for replay.

  • The Foundation Course is included in your 4 Week Accelerator program as SUPPLEMENTAL material to enhance your results. Bree will be going over the basics of what’s offered in the course in your group sessions.
