  • The daily ritual practice takes about 10-30 minutes a day in total (spread out through your day) depending on your personal capacity and preference.

    Our sessions will be about 90 minutes — all recordings will be available for replay.

  • The Foundation Course is included in your 4 Week Accelerator program as SUPPLEMENTAL material to enhance your results. Bree will be going over the basics of what’s offered in the course in your group sessions.

    The Foundation Course also includes unique meditations, channelings & breathwork — including a 55 min breathwork for manifestation. You’ll have all the resources you need to step into your desired change.

  • You’ll have access to all the digital content for the month of April— available for purchase thereafter. The workbook is downloadable — so it’s yours to keep. The recorded calls will be available for download as well.
