**The majority of your shift will manifest from your daily ritual practice — the lessons and guided sessions are designed to enhance your transformation and equip you for the path ahead! -
The daily ritual practice takes about 10-30 minutes a day in total (spread out through your day) depending on your personal capacity and preference.
Our live sessions will be about 90 minutes — all recordings will be available for replay. -
