All proceeds will be donated to Empathy In Action, a transformative justice program Bree has been involved with as a volunteer inside Soledad Prison. An inmate from the program is donating his own money: $3,000 as a match— a sum that takes 7 years to earn. Help us match his donation and support the important work Empathy in Action is making possible.

THE CLASS
After an opening meditation and free writing exercise, we’ll be tapping into the body’s inner-tech through a guided somatic breathwork session. Release stuck energy, emotion, and resistance and reopen your inherent channels to flow, intuitive clarity & self-healing.

This mini documentary series captures the transformative journey of incarcerated individuals and volunteers who come together over the course of eight weeks. Deep bonds form, emotional walls break down, and profound healing begins to take shape—on both sides of the prison gate.
