What if 2020 was the grace we were yearning for? What if this year came bearing the truth we needed to truly awaken and move forward in balance and freedom? What if we were being asked to shed all that didn’t serve our true expression? Haven’t we asked for time to sit and be still... to nurture our creativity and revel in life itself?
Although it has been a challenging year, if we're not looking at the deeper healing this year presented within our personal lives and our collective state- it's just going to get harder. And also... haven't we been given the entire year to start fresh? lol? Anyone? We’ve been gifted the space and time to really dig deep, redefine our values and sit with ourselves.
I know it's not easy to trust that our healing or actions can make a difference, or that it's possible for us to live from our innate nature, but if there were ever a time to lean in, it's now. We've been so conditioned not to trust in our inherent self, intuition, health and power - but now, more than ever - it's vital that we tap in to this part of ourselves.

We need contrast to expand. Although you undoubtably moved through some hardship, how has it inspired healing?
How have you stepped more into your soul? What might your soul be asking of you in the coming year?
If you trusted that your inherent essence, gifts and curiosities would carry you to your greatest abundance and freedom, how would you nurture them moving forward? and what would be possible?
What would it look like to deepen your relationship with your soul? And what would be possible if you did?
What would it look like for you to be of greatest service? (in your work, family, community, friend circle, to your soul)
As you look at the “bigger” issues in the world, how are you (and how can you be) a solution? What would those things open in you?
