1. EXPLORE YOUR PERSONAL PATHWAYS
You are a unique, immaculate and informed expression of Source intelligence here! Your attention is your currency and everything you need is already seeded within. In order to engage your creative potential, you have to consciously connect to the things that align you with your most intrinsic essence (i.e. the soul/Source/energy of creation). Find a soft heart space and then free write on the following prompts:
What are the things that make you feel most alive and open in your heart?
When do you feel empowered as a creator?
BONUS: What could become possible if you made these things a priority?
What would it look like to replace habits that took you away from the present and your power with things that filled you with life energy?
2. BECOME THE BRIDGE
YOU are the portal for personal (and our collective) transformation…. and nothing changes if nothing changes! In order to actually access your higher potential, you have to become the bridge through embodied change. After free writing on the prompts above, consider what it would mean to “level up” your connection to Source’s guidance and creative energy by IMPLEMENTING some of the practices into your daily, weekly and/or monthly routine.

3. SPEED UP YOUR DESIRED EXPANSION
Creation occurs steadily in the present. I’ve found this simple practice to be the quickest route to flow, clarity and my higher potential. When deciding which action to take (mundane or significant) consider: “What will bring me more life force energy?” After feeling into it, keep in mind the higher path isn’t usually the rational, linear or easiest path to choose - but it is the path to the abundance and ease you’re asking for!
During the day, be mindful of which thoughts, actions and habits bring you life force energy and which disrupt or drain your energy or emotions. If you find yourself feeling low, softly consider what perception or action might be available that feels life-affirming, harmonious and empowering.
Another favorite question of mine that can help you choose a higher (thought) path and resulting higher potential is: “What’s true when I take my identity’s opinion or investment out of the equation?”
