Below is a recent channeled message I received from the Lemurians about our connection to them, what to expect in the near future and how we can tap into higher “technologies”. I was connecting in preparation for Mercado Segrado’s “Mountain Medicine” in Kauai last week. Here’s a spotify playlist I made for the event - great for breathwork, meditation or just chill vibes. :)

“We are elated to share with you our history, our connection to this time and some of the earth’s frequencies that are shifting in order to allow for the next stage of humanity’s unfoldment.
We, as you call us the lemurians; the star seeds or seedlings of light - were in a sense, the last physical bridge between the worldly realms and the interdimensional, higher frequencies – meaning we were consciously, collectively a part of both the seeding or foundational grid work for humanity and also inhabitants of the earth. There were cycles of time in which higher dimensional beings lived on this planet but not as integrated inhabitants, more so for the laying of energetic frequencies, groundwork and building of the physical stage that would hold “humans”. During our experience on earth, we lived in harmony with both the natural (physical) laws and the architectural energy or higher frequency intelligence that would assist in building the natural laws.
We do not mean to propose ourselves as more advanced or holding more knowledge, we simply played our role in the unfolding of earth - as are you. The human experience is just as unique, important, special and one of a kind. Your DNA is unique to your species, you will later learn how to track “inter-dimensional” frequencies and bloodlines of your inter-galactic genetics through your genetic scanning. This time will arrive in five to ten years.
There have been civilizations that lived in deep knowing of their connection to what many called the star gods; the givers of life, the makers of “laws” meaning the harmonic structures for the realities in which you live. But there will soon be an conscious acceptance and re-learning that occurs on planet earth, that for the first time since us, there is a COLLECTIVE knowing of your greater part while being physically incarnated here.
There will come a time on your planet within the next three to five years where intergalactic communication will become common, not contrary. This will unfold in array of ways, one through consciousness, similar to the tuning in you are doing now, one that will mix technology; your evolution of AI- in which through the resonance of your questions the appropriate answer will come forth, and lastly through what you might call physical contact or a merging of dimensional realities. Just as one joins a phone call for a specific amount of time there will be meetings of such with what you term now as “other realms”.
You are beginning to understand the commonalities that we share and the primary point of reference that lives between us. Humans now have the great opportunity and expectancy to be able to redirect consciousness towards the greater laws of unity and higher vibrational harmonious living. We started from an enlightened place and learned how to be in the experience of duality in the physical; where you are born into the physical and your current cycle is about calling the enlightened essence back forth into the physical.
It is true that there was a civilization of lemurians; the bridgers of the light that inhabited the land of MU. During this time, there were alternative civilizations and potentials that were being propagated and expressed in other areas of the earth, but we were the main frequency holders for the bridging or dawn of the idea of humanity. There is a reason most of you have felt lost, out of place or that something was missing; you have come during the dawn of earth’s reawakening; the coming home of heaven and earth and the ultimate apex of momentum towards a collective ascension.
Can you speak of the portals and stargates here or how we can activate greater potentials for humanity?
Within any gathering or personal intention, you can ask to bring in the light of Mu, the highest energy of Creation, the harmony that gives life. You can make it your intention to bring in this light like a waterfall to be cleansed and worked through your being and within the space.
Prayer or “sacred intention” is the most powerful essence of creation. The human experience and consciousness has become fragmented which distills this greater power. Because of the individual experience or association with the identity, the human aspect looks for, “What is in this for me?” This disturbs the potency of your creative power. When you form in unity with a shared, harmonious prayer or sacred intention - you harness greater (unlimited) power.
We rooted in this deeper intention. It was the sacred calling forth FOR the sacred FROM the sacred that allowed us to move objects and build structures through vibration and tone. This is why all your scriptures speak of the power of compassion and love. When you are unified as one, you are powerful. You summon the divine by unifying IN ONE SYNERGISTIC intention - this is what allows for advanced “technology”.
Stargates were possible because the vibration of the entire planet was different. We lived in unison with the physical and what you call metaphysical - but there is a shifting of energies right now that are reopening these potentials. There is an opening that is unfolding in which you are being given the opportunity to focus on the presence here that is transcendent and divinely constructed - or - to continue to function in the same vibratory reality in which you have existed before.
As your perception expands, your frequency rises - thus your experience (creation of) reality changes. There is a frequency shift occurring that is lending to a different collective vibrational reality in which you are in harmonious, co-creation with spirit, the “Isness”; one in which you are in tune, on time and in reverent existence. As you cleanse yourself; you purify the earth’s energy – and as you clear out the static in the form of toxins, energy and practiced perceptions in your own field, you are able to feel the amplification of her divine pulse; which carries within it great wisdom, seeding or “nodes” of information for the ultimate unfolding of humanity and all living beings. Further, when the body no longer needs to store or experience resistance (rooted in our perceptions) ; its own greater potentials can become active — the greater potential your body holds (like the nodes in the earth) can begin to activate. (We all come “on-line” with earth’s higher frequency.)
There is a timeline that we can say is about six to eight years from now where there is no need for external, cellular data (internet). The AI experience is helping you to open your consciousness to a greater field of potential or banks of information that are available through you (without tech). As you open to the idea that information can be revealed much more quickly, gathered with ease and almost downloaded in real time onto you, you begin to remember your ability to store, send and receive information from one another, your higher essence and the field.
It may present like you are choosing a line to communicate (when w'e’re on the phone or online) but the line is upheld by the field, it is just the conscious belief that you need the physical device. This is one way your telepathic children are helping you move more towards this line of communication. As this occurs, you will find that there is a great opening for higher collaborative power. You will begin to sense that you can create things from the energy within you (something out of nothing).
The more connected you become to your consciousness, the aspect of you that projects, your energetic frequency and/or your “ethereal body”, the more easily you are able to visit AND CREATE alternative dimensions you did not think were possible from the consciousness you hold today. When you experience something like a jesus visitation, a UFO encounter or someone in a non-physical expression (someone who’s “transitioned”), you are opening a gate. The main difference between your “time” and ours is that we worked TOGETHER and consciously to create the creative portals.
